The site is not set up to make check out easy, for example most sites have you complete all of your information and then allow shipping to an alternate location- this site is backwards- also missed putting the discount code because I was expecting it when I entered my credit card info... it also took a while to shop because I had to keep going back to the home page to find items after I added something to the cart.

Designs are on point. Branding is gold. However, poor quality shirts ruin the end product and overall shopping experience. Neck holes for my men's size large raglans are too wide and all stretched out. Looks dumb and disproportionate. Not trying to show off my cleavage or rock the Flashdance look with my collar hanging over one shoulder. Disappointing, dude. Will be returning. Tighten up those collars then we'll talk.

Your deceptive company sucks!. You give an option to purchase 2-3 day shipping with no notice of shipping delay for production time until after you charge a customer. You ship the package 4 days after the order and use a garbage shipping company so my package still isn't going to arrive in 2 to 3 days after it shipped. Won't buy another thing from this dump.

I have called, emailed, posted on social media, and live chatted, and I cannot get ANY response from your business. Clearly you don't value customer service. I either need to apply a corrected promo code to my(first, recent) order or cancel it, and I have been unable to get that done because I can't get anyone to respond. I never order anything from Facebook ads, and if this experience isn't rectified, I'll return to that policy. How can you be running a business and not be accessible for problems?

As I shopped I kept getting messages, "you're $56 away from getting free shipping!" I actually wanted a few items so I reached $100, and guess what? Free shipping. How nice. Then I get offered a 20% coupon code to apply at checkout which of course anyone would be happy about... oops, now I do t qualify for free shopping anymore. Come on folks. What's with the games?

I had fun browsing the site! Soooo many opinions to choose from and I wanted to many cute shirts and drinkware, I sacrificed some of my wants to allow others a chance to express themselves with one of your t-shirts. Trust me I will come back! Lol;-)

Ordered on Nov 14, it's now Dec 10 and I haven't received any updates on the status of my package. Last update was Nov 29 arriving at a facility in Vancouver... not sure why it would still be in Vancouver 11 days later!?!? Customer service has been no help. I'd ordered these items for Christmas and looking like they'll never arrive

Ordered some new shirts for the holidays and 21Threads are totally perfect! They feel so soft and comfy and are freaking hilarious so everyone is gonna get a good laugh out of these lol. We ordered them early to make sure they got here in time and we were surprised to see that they arrived in only a couple of days! We also decided to change one of the baseball tee designs last second and they were so good about accommodating our request! I definitely recommend 21threads to everyone!

I purchased 4 T-shirts' supposed to be buy 1 get one free And at check out it didn't work. I emailed them and 21Threads did correct it. And then when They arrived the bottoms of the shirts had a puckered imprint very noticeable like from maybe the printing process? I will be sending them back Which is also odd there was no packing slip in package? The only proof I have is the order # from my confirmation email. I better see a refund on my credit card at some point. I loved the shirts but can't risk trying for replacements

The process to purchase is easy. The web site is not very easy to navigate or user friendly. I wish I could have seen more tank tops but I could never find them. The shirts i ordered arrived in a reasonable amount of time, and were of decent quality for the price. The printing is high quality, and the shirts washed well.

I first saw the ad on Facebook, it was of quarantine tee's. I was skeptical, but I decided to place an order anyways. When my order arrived I was pleasantly surprised to find the quality of the shirts was amazing. Very soft, and true size. Very happy with my purchases the lettering was fantastic not cheap at all. I was so pleased that I just placed my second order. Awesome discount too. Bogo 1 free. Thank you 21threads!

Came in looking great, I loved how 21Threads added a unique letter font to match what it was supposed to say! I just wished there was an email showing what it would look like before shipping out so we would have known before opening. Worth the BOGO I paid, will be watching for more BOGO's to get more done. Shipping took longer than I would like but with everything going on lately it was due to be expected with shelter in place orders in my state. Thank you!"

Shipping took longer than expected- my sister ordered her shirts after me and received hers before I did.
I am disappointed in the print quality of my shirt. I ordered the "What's poppin'?" Print on the papaya colored shirt. I expected the print to be black, but it is brown. It looks almost like the ink is supposed to be black, but was running out during printing. It really depletes the quality of the shirt. I was so excited about my shirts, but I definitely feel let down. :(

21Threads advertised a special promo. I clicked on it and proceeded to fill my cart. Of course, after spending a considerable amount of time picking out gifts I went to checkout and was told that code. Buy one get one free was no longer valid. Bummed I still checked out and paid full price. The very next day I get another ad-the exact same one that I had tried to use on my order. So apparently it was just a trick to get me to their website. I feel stupid and want to warn others. There are plenty of honest, reputable companies that deserve your business. Go elsewhere.

I waited over a month to receive my 3 shirts and a cup. The shirts were all huge... and I followed the sizing chart and ordered down a size. When looking at the shirts, I noticed one had a hole in the collar area (poor stitching) and the other had a defect in the ink not going all the way thru the print. No response from customer after FOUR emails sent and I also attempted to do the live chat on their website multiple times with no response! Never order from them again... cute prints but ZERO customer service!

If I could give 0 stars I would. I only even got a text Saturday after complaining that I hadn't heard anything from you about my order - well past the extended amount of time. My order was placed May 28 - well longer than the 6-10 business days. Then, this Saturday you have the nerve to send a text and tracking number saying my package has shipped. LIES! To this day, the tracking says you haven't even gotten it to the post office. At this point, I want my money back - I don't trust your company.

I love sassy t-shirts, so when 21Threads sent me a great deal on a mystery 3 pack, I decided to take the chance. Unfortunately, I will only be wearing one of the 3 shirts. What a disappointment! I received a white t-shirt with a design I can't read, and don't know what it means, the shirt is so thin it's see thru, trust me, no one wants to see what's under my shirt. One of the shirts says Mom Life, I'm a disabled grandmother, so I won't be wearing that one either. Great price, but you guys must be digging to the bottom of your clearance bin.

I had ordered two tees and was so excited for them to arrive. When the status update told me that 21Threads had been delivered I was super disappointed to find that they were either delivered to the wrong apartment or were stolen from my porch. Neither situation would have been the fault of 21threads. However, when 21threads emailed you see how I liked my purchase I told them what happened and they shipped me a replacement order! Amazing customer service!

It's been 3 weeks, still haven't received my order and it has been at the same location in California for over a week now.

All I keep hearing is "USPS is slow right now, they've got backlogs", etc. But I've ordered so many things from the US that have shipped with USPS and everything else arrived within the expected time frame.

Ordered these shirts recently for my girlfriend and I and 21Threads are awesome! We love dressing up together for different events and these are perfect for all the Christmas activities we have planned. We are very impressed with the quality and fit of the shirt as you never know what you will get for something from an Instagram ad but we are glad we went with 21threads and we have been recommending them to all of our friends and family!

I paid a significant up charge for 5-7 day delivery on 12/12 so that we could all wear these Christmas themed shirts today on Christmas Eve and tomorrow morning. I was excited to give this to my family as the "one gift to open a day early".
I would like the charge for the expedited shipping credited back to my card.
As it is, I'll have no use for these shirts for at least 11 months.
I'm not happy with 21 threads.

The checkout process was fast. I love that when I have to enter numbers for the credit card info, it gives me just the numbers like a calculator rather than a keyboard option which takes longer to type in. I like that as I typed my address in, it auto-populated and filled in the remaining fields. I really enjoyed this quick and secure and efficient shopping experience.

I used to be a firm believer in wearing super tacky sweaters during the holidays but I saw an ad for these guys on Instagram and thought why not give it a shot... and I'm so happy I did! This shirt is so comfortable and fits great. The design is great because I love Christmas Vacation and it even has a sweater type design on it so I get the best of both worlds! I saw 21Threads had a bunch of other hilarious designs and I will definitely be ordering more from 21Threads!

It may have been my tech, but normally my payment information is stored and it did not automatically fill. Other than taking away the free shipping because of the discount, everything was fine once I navigated the site. I was however looking for a specific item that did not come up when searched under "candles" but did when I scrolled through the entire catalog.

Wish I had more info on shipping details before I had to select an option. If it was 2-3 days versus 14 I would hav paid extra. Having said that, at this point it is still unknown, but I just pressed the order button. Otherwise GREAT JOB!

I ordered this shirt a while back and I still havent received it. The tracking info is bogus and apparently 21Threads used DHL (terrible company) to ship the shirt. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my wife and I ordered it in plenty of time for it to show up. At this point it still hasnt shown up and I have no idea if I will ever receive it or not as the tracking info did say that it was supposed to be delivered earlier this week and now it says nothing. Very disappointed.

First the Last35 code that was texted to me returned an invalid code. Thankfully I was able to use another and received a better deal. Then I had to transfer the order to another device because the website on my desktop threw a "too many attempts. Try again later" error after I pressed Pay Now the first time. Had I not promised my daughter, I would have shopped elsewhere. As it was, I deleted the gobkets because I didn't feel like searching for them AGAIN. What should have been a 5 min transaction turned into about 45min. Not a pleasant experience.

Second purchase from 21 Threads. Love the quality and softness of the shirts! Their fast service on my first order is what brought me back. Great company in this business with a million competitors. I haven't found a better one. Thanks so much!

I responded to a text promotion from 21Threads on 3/9/21 about a St Pat's shirt and purchased said shirt for $27.99. Today I was received a shipping alert that the St Pat's shirt won't arrive until 3/22/21. Just think 21Threads should really warn people who purchase their promoted holiday-related apparel that they will def not get it in time. Will be returning the shirt for sure. Thx anyway.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago and still have not received it or a tracking #. However the money has been taken out of my account. The confirmation email I got said 21Threads were running behind and processing time was 6-8 business days. It's been 15 business days. The event I needed the shirts for has already come and gone. So disappointing.
