Terrible company
Rating on this site is vastly incorrect. Their Better Business Bureau rating is an F. Multiple long delivery delays. Had to make numerous complaints before 1StopBedrooms even shipped my order though they had already taken my money. When order finally arrived the white glove service I paid for was not provided. I had to convince the delivery man to even get him to put the boxes inside. No delivery to my room of choice. No set up and no haul off of debris. I had to pay someone separately to move the items upstairs and had to set them up myself. Now having to try to find a way to remove all of the large boxes and packing material. I called and required a refund. They did give back $100.00. However, when I now look at my order on line it shows I never paid for white glove service but only home delivery. Unfortunately for them, the amounts listed on their new doctored account do not match up to the amounts in my bank account showing what I really did pay…which was for my ordered items and white glove service. They never give an actual invoice, just refer you to your online account with their company. Meaning they can make whatever changes they want. Too bad they can't change the fact that their numbers don't match the numbers in my bank account. And, if I had never originally paid for white glove service why did they refund me for it if I never paid for it in the first place.


An actual, real review.
I've seen so many fake reviews for this website, I thought I'd leave a real one. I had a decent experience with 1 Stop Bedrooms, however would personally not use them again.
The good: I waited 1 month and 4 days from date of purchase to delivery, which I found acceptable and within the range I was given when I ordered. I did receive regular email updates from 1 Stop regarding the status of my order until it got to the delivery terminal. The delivery guys were great, and we got exactly what we ordered.

The bad/weird: The day after I placed my order, I received an email that 1StopBedrooms needed to "verify my address," and left a number to call. I called, and was told at that time they were going to charge the sales tax to my card. I genuinely cannot understand why this is not done during checkout, there is no logical reason for it. The man on the phone was very pushy about a furniture warranty, which I did not want. After a couple minutes of back and forth he finally accepted I wouldn't buy it, but I was annoyed at having to explain myself so much.
Roughly 3 weeks after my order, I got an email stating that my order was now at the local delivery terminal, and someone would call me to set up delivery within 5-7 days. I waited 9 days and never heard a thing. I called 1 Stop, and had to wait on hold about 10 minutes. The person I talked to was not overly friendly, but I told him what was going on, and he called over to the delivery people and after a few minutes, connected us. I found out then that they would be delivering to my area about a week later and was able to schedule the delivery. What was strange about that though is nobody from anywhere called me to schedule the delivery after it sat in the warehouse for well over a week. If I had not called them, I would have missed the window that they were here, and probably wouldn't have seen the couch for a couple more months. Another issue was there is literally no response if you email them. I emailed them a couple weeks ago and did not hear back, which left me feeling uneasy about my purchase.
All in all, not a horrible experience in any way but I wouldn't use them again. I'd rather spend a bit extra and go local, or with a company I know and trust. We got what we ordered. But I think they need to change up how they do business. Let your customers know when they order the amount of taxes that need to be paid. Communicate better with customers, answer emails, and be friendly on the phone. It's not that hard.


Exceptionally poor experience so far...
I ordered a sleeper sofa in early May and 1StopBedrooms took payment May 11,2020. It is now August 14,2020 and I'm still waiting for my sofa. Lot's of email and telephone communication from me to them, but bottom line is I would not buy from them again even if their price is the lowest. If you're patient and not in need of quick fulfillment of an order, then maybe 1StopBedrooms is for you, but I cannot recommend them for delivery, quality or customer support.
UPDATE: I received my sleeper sofa on October 5th and am happy to have received it finally. My experience is this... save money, but plan for a lengthy wait with potentially five months before the order if fulfilled.


Great Quality and Service!
I found 1stopbedrooms online and I'm so happy that I did. I ordered a Ashley love seat and Sleeper( pull out) couch set and 1StopBedrooms are exactly what I wanted. This set was for my living room so I needed something that was a plus for guests.
These couches are nice and plush with no odors. Very well made and I recieved Amazing customer service! I called in just to get a estimate on the shipping and the packaging sizes and every time I spoke to a rep I received A+ feedback. My delivery drivers were awesome as well, in a professional sense. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to all who require a great experience.


Bait and Switch
We ordered a sofa set in April. We were told at the time it would take 3-4 weeks. It is now Almost October. STILL Nothing. 1StopBedrooms have extended out delivery date 6 times. They never bother to call you btw. You always have to call then. They lie through their teeth about their delvery times to lure you in. They have nothing in stock and have to drop ship everything from the manufacturer. So don't fall for their BS delivery date lies. Save yourself some serious trouble and order directly from the manufacturer. We finally had to cancel order and are right back to where we started 5 months ago!


A bunch of con men
I ordered a sectional the price was great 1StopBedrooms emailed me promptly that my order was being prepared for delivery week later no notifications so I called in apparently the sofa needed to be made they failed to mention that they were completely out of stock although they advertise it on their website as in stock. Three months later I'm still waiting for my sofa no word from the company and the delivery date keeps extending. Stay away this company are rat faced liars


Don't use OneStopBedrooms, too many issues and still dealing with them
I spent $2200 on a new bedroom set, after placing the order, OneStopBedrooms called me to collect additional money because 1StopBedrooms apparently don't factor in the sales tax on the website like any other company does (they do this to make it seem like a lower price than their competitors). Delivery was a nightmare, they came during a weekday at 11pm after telling me they'd be there at 7pm. Two items were damaged and I received the wrong screws for my mirror to attach it to the dresser. Over a month and a half later, I am still fighting with them to get the screws. Don't use One Stop Bedrooms


Would give a "0" if I could
I have ordered quite a bit from this site all at once. Two of my items never arrived but showed "Delivered" on their website. After calling EVERY DAY for 3 weeks, 1StopBedrooms finally shipped my order to me after two months since the original order date. Thought it was a fluke, however, it happened on the very next item I ordered as well. No one will call you back, you will have to chase your order down each and every time with long wait periods! The furniture is nice when you finally get it, but if there is any problem with your order... you will be chasing them down for your items. I will not order from them again! Meanwhile I am making payments on furniture I haven't even received for two months now! They finally provide you with a FEDEX tracking number for your items and after a week of checking the tracking number on FED EX's website, I see the label has been created but not shipped yet.



1.- 1StopBedrooms charged an extra fee of $ 125.00 for foreign delivery after completing the purchase, when the website says FREE In Home Delivery.
2.- The waiting time for the table to arrive was more than 1 month.
3.- The table in the image comes with chairs, at the time of delivery I was surprised to just see the table and check on the website and the chairs are more expensive than the table
4.- The operator to solve the problem does not seem to like her work and she was rude and did not help at all.
5.- Now they will charge $ 1.75 per pound for returning the item and $ 75 for removing it from stock.



Furniture arrived all broken! No sign of replacement
We ordered a dining table set and Vanity mirror table set. All except the Vanify mirror and table are broken! The legs of dining set were shattered. One chair broke when I sat in it! The delivery people contacted the warehouse to deliver new set and nothing happened! Contact 1Stopbedrooms no one picked up phone and then when 1StopBedrooms responded they said all were delivered with no issues! Try Instagram, they will send to claim dept but nothing happened. It is now 5 weeks since delivery and still no replacement! I would stay away from 1Stopbedrooms!


Not happy with phone customer people who are too busy...
Not happy with phone customer people who are too busy with other customers and hung up on me before listening to all my questions. 1StopBedrooms were rude and I had to call back over and over again before finalizing the sale.
I have 8 weeks to change my my mind before this is delivered and I would prefer dealing with a company who values my questions and concerns.
If I didn't love what I ordered from this company I would never do business with them based on my customer experience so far.
I hope this will otherwise work out well.


Satisfied customer
1Stop Bedrooms was a business I hadn't previously heard of however, I was willing to give them a chance because 1StopBedrooms had the most competitive price for a couch that I wanted. Ordering was easy and I was contacted by a representative to go over some details about the order not long after placing my order. The estimated date of delivery was further out than I expected however, the product and set up service provided was worth the wait. Everyone I dealt with from 1Stop Bedrooms was very friendly and professional. I would recommend this business to all of my friends and family.


Great prices for name brands
Ordered a loveseat that was one of Ashley Furniture's signature pieces. Price was better than Ashley in store and online. Plus shipping through 1Stopbedrooms was quicker than it would have been through Ashley Furniture. The customer service representative who took my order was excellent and was very helpful. Delivery day and time set up was easy and 1StopBedrooms kept us updated. They actual came early on the delivery day which was perfect. Overall great experience with 1Stopbedrooms.


Purchased furniture set on 11/5/2020 and seven months later 5/16/2021 still no furniture. 1StopBedrooms have promised for the last 4 month it will be shipped on a certain date, well the last one was 5/15/2021 and still nothing and asked for a manager to contact me, they said manager will call you back, still nothing that was on 5/3/2021. No one can tell me when i will receive my furniture sure they knock something off the price (very little) but have no furniture now 7 months and no answers.


Do not shop with this company as 1StopBedrooms are scammers selling damage furnitures and till take your money and refuse give you back your money. READ THEIR RETURN POLICY ITS CRIMINAL AND ROBBERY.

Their managers, customer service and financial service team all work together to defraud customers. They don't live by their policy and refuse to reply to emails and will not return your call when you reject their damaged thrifty product. Everything on their site are all LIES.


Horrible company damaged goods $1136..
I've tried reaching a manager and all I get is customer service Representatives I received a sofa that look like it was thrown around. The sofa is stained and 1StopBedrooms said they will repair the damage? So they send me out three envelope of material to have somebody come and replace the material when the frame is dented snd stained. Horrible I've been waiting for this couch for 4 months and now they want me to wait so they can replace the material, that doesn't fix the dented and dinged corners and they told me I would have to pay a restocking fee to send my item back

So far my shopping experience with you guys has been poor. You guys delivered an item to me I did not order, the bedroom set is damaged and I probably won't receive it until the end of November now, and customer service is poor. You are also threatening me with cancellation fees because I threatened to cancel the bedroom set order because it is damaged. I did decide to order a living room set through your company only because it was easy for me to get approved for credit and I prefer to stick with one creditor for my furniture purchase. After this experience, I probably won't be shopping with you guys again in the future.


Beautiful furniture.
This is the first time I ever ordered large furniture on line without physically seeing it. I really wanted the salsa color sofa and loveseat pictured. I was a little nervous about it but I needn't have worried. My sofa and loveseat are just beautiful, sturdy and comfortable. It was delayed because of Covid, but so was everything. The "white glove delivery" was also very good, the delivery men were pleasant and efficient, 1StopBedrooms set everything up quickly. I am very happy with the purchase.


Ordered 2 leather recliner sofas at 2k each. Waited two months for damaged sofas…. I reported them damaged the very next day and got the run around…. Very poor customer service, sent out a repair tech and he told me the parts were not installed…. That the frame was already bent. When I asked for a refund or replacement 1StopBedrooms refused and told me they would send out another repair tech…. They also indicated I was past my 30 day period, even tho I reported to them the very next day. Don't waste your money or your time…. Check their reviews not on there site but real ones!


Scammers (deserves negative stars)
So which one of you are trying scam me this time.
1StopBedrooms scammed me out of almost $500 for my loveseat
Drivers claimed they couldn't deliver the love seat but it was on their truck. They were suppose to deliver the loveseat at a later time but they made my fiance sign the delivery paper...
Even the lady on the phone who confirmed the delivery time told me they could only deliver 1 item at a time.
Now they're company is ignoring me claiming I received my love seat.
I will never go to the place again


Excellent Experience
This was a large purchase, so I must say, I was apprehensive at first with buying such a large piece of furniture online. I was very plesantly surprised at how smooth of a process this was for me. I recieved numerous phone calls and text messages throughout the process, which I greatly appreciated. The value of including an additional warranty was explained to me, especially, since I do have a pet. The delivery team setup the furniture with ease. The sectional looks amazing, and feels, and sits comfortably. However, I would expect nothing less Ashley Furniture.
I am elate with my purchase. One tip: this is an oversized sectional, so make sure you measure the dimensions of your room. I am glad I have a large family room.

Bad Decision
I purchased a high end Entertainment Center from 1 Stop on 3-24-21. I paid a total of $5989. 14 which included white glove delivery and assembly( $200 extra). The product finally arrived on 5-14-21. When the delivery men arrived to assemble there was no hardware. We called One Stop and 1StopBedrooms agreed to order and ship the hardware to my house immediately. As of today no hardware, no tracking number and no response to the three messages left. The next call is to my bank to reverse the charge. See attached picture of what I currently have. I made a big mistake. In the future I will order only from a local shop even if I have to pay more. At least I can walk and and confront the Manager.

Love my couch!
I was a little shocked to find this sectional after it was discontinued with the original company I found it with. It's the exact same brand and feel as I experienced in store. Comfortable and chic styling. The price point was exactly the same and very affordable. My only concern is the customer service line. I would call (while being empathetic about COVID 19) and be on hold for 1.5-2 hrs per call which is completely unreasonable. The couch was delivered before the original date but naturally having never used the company I was worried. All is well and I am so happy to finally have my couch.

Not worth the hassle
I'll start with I received couches and they're very nice and comfortable. Was delivered 2 months after stated, had to call back every week waited for 45+ minutes to speak to someone, and 1StopBedrooms attempted to charge me an extra $200 for shipping. I Took a screenshot upon purchase of free shipping and they tried to change it because "I lived in rural area." I also got a call 2 days after I ordered stating I owed for taxes said well just cancel order which they replied it will be 15% restock fee since you didn't cancel within 24 hours.

Never again
Placed order for 2 bedroom sets Jan 12 2020. Delivered 6 weeks later damaged. Next delivery, only parts of two pieces delivered. It's now been 4.5 months, many phone calls and emails later, and next delivery scheduled for May 8th! That's 5 months of our kids basically sleeping on the floor waiting for their bedroom furniture. I've not been offered any kind of discount or refund, not even for the white glove delivery service that I paid for but can't receive because of COVID.

An email informed me that my order would not be placed...
An email informed me that my order would not be placed until I talked to your verification department. I called the number provided and heard that your verification office is closed and will not be open until Monday. My wife and I are buying furniture for a new house but shuttle between that house and our old house 45 miles away. We do not know at this time which house we will be occupying on Monday. Bed frame porter bed canopy
I placed an order 7/16. I've been trying to contact them since 7/20. There line is always busy. On 7/21 I got a text from them stating my order was incomplete and I needed to update billing/shipping information and to press 3. Anyway I got ahold of someone. 1StopBedrooms said that I needed to make another purchase after I've already paid $918 for a bed frame. (Which did not make sense to me). He told me I needed to pay for a separate part and he would give me a discount. I stated to him I would rather have a refund. He transferred me to customer service. After waiting on the phone for an hour I decided to use there call back feature. I got called back 4 hours later. When they called I answered and the phone hung up. They called back again and I answered and they hung up the phone again. This company is something else. Be very careful ordering from this company. Read all reviews first!
They seem to only respond to reviews with 4 stars or better.
UPDATE: 7/22/2020. Instead of them inquiring about my refund they instead decided to add on a lowered discount for protection plan. I emailed them stating I wanted a refund and this is what mark sends me. I called up there and pushed option number 3. I immediately got ahold of someone. I asked him how much the extra piece is. He said $99 dollars. I asked why isn't this on the website. He stated he does not know. The added piece of the furniture is the wood and metal frame that isn't listed on the website. Don't you guys think you should update that? This company seems to have a lot of positive reviews. I wish for a different experience.

I live in Las Vegas, NV and purchases a dining table from 1stopbedrooms. It took 6 months for the table to arrive. The delivery guys left me a mess and didn't assemble the table correct. No worries because I purchased an extended warranty. Not the case, not only is the delivery team incompetent so is the customer service. 1StopBedrooms won't cover the seems of the table not closing or the paint chips on 2 out of 4 chairs. I don't recommend buying there warranty or spray protectant. Total waist of money.

Easy to use web site, easy to follow instructions
Easy to use web site, easy to follow instructions. This site has a good variety of items to choose from. I have been looking for a sofa for about 9 months and couldn't seem to settle on one that didn't cost a fortune and was the color I wanted. 1 Stop Bedrooms had it. Previously I had purchased a beautiful dining room suit from them. Was a little nervous about it. When it came, I was so very pleased, Not that it matters but everyone loves it. Thank you.

Very bad service and 4-5 month delay!
I order bed room set 5.600 k, I wait 4 month, 1StopBedrooms never even sent out, finally after I called them 4 times they told me set is not available, so the question!? Why on line it was available, or why they never call back in month or two to say that so I can choose other one or cancel! It's totally unprofessional company, basically if they collect from 200 people same like me such amount and not send anything, guess how rich they become! And you still wait your furniture forever((( I ordered in September
