Make more purchases.
Some items take along time but I guess they are special order. most items are realy cheap.I plan to make more purchases in the near future.

Above average service here.
Above average service here. I had a bad monitor upon arrival and they sent a pre-paid abel, no questions and sent a repalcement out the same day. You just don't see that much anymore elsewhere.

Awesome place to buy Cameras and Gear
Been shopping here over 12 years. They know what they are doing. They are knowledgeable and steadfast in their service. product offering is the hugest online.
So when you need that special replacement part or a good cameras shop here.

Poor Customer service
Left countless voicemail, email, and chat messages. all never replied too. I am working with credit card company to dispute charges. beware of using this company

If I could give minus zeroes I would
Awful, awful company - my order was never processed on there - 123SecurityProducts send manufacturer never told them. This happened before china virus craziness, and now it's happened again. Manufacturer never shipped the item to them. I understand delays, but why both times did I only learn about this from me having to follow up - and following up meant multiple upon multiple phone calls and messages with no responses. BC19 and AC19.

Order anywhere but here!
We ordered an August smart doorbell on 12/2/19. It is now the 19th and have called three times now and have emailed. We kept getting promised all different dates for our product to ship to us, including today. I waited until about 3:30 PM today (over two weeks after ordering the product) to ask if it was fulfilled like Maureen emailed me and told me it would be today. Instead I was told that 123SecurityProducts screwed up and have to tell me and other customers our orders need to be cancelled because they don't have the product. Our product's part number was being mixed up for a different one in their system or something. Then, * wanted to get me with her manager, because she "felt I had complaints to file". Based on the reviews on ResellerRatings.com, I asked if the manager was named *, and she said yes. When I stated the reviews on ResellerRatings.com state * doesn't answer phone calls and doesn't return emails, she told me * was right beside her and asked me to wait a second. She transferred my call after a minute or so, it rang and rang, but ultimately went to voicemail. Thanks for nothing, *. Oh, and not even one "we apologize for this mistake". I let the representative, *, know it was disappointing as it was my first time ordering with them and that I probably would never buy from them again. * just stated "that's fine" and went on about how she now has to call other customers and I'm not the only one like it made it any better. STAY AWAY from this horrible and pathetic excuse of a business! It is probably 5 people sitting in a small room.

Shipping costs when I tried to place order electronically were prohibitive for small purchase. Once I received offer for free shipping purchase was much more practical. Eventually was able to update my system to include this as a replacement for my older motion sensor which had malfunctioned.

Misrepresented Product and Underwhelming Customer Service
Purchased Google Nest Router expecting current version, however, realized it was old version upon installation. Unable to return after installation. Secondly - provided two photos of superior price and customer service would it honor published policy. Never again. Would not only not recommend - I recommend against.

Lesson Learned - always read reviews before buying from online store.

Wow they delete my bad review from the online store
I had bad experience with their customer service so I added the review on their online store. 123SecurityProducts deleted it. They have about 1600 review and they are either all perfect or almost. I wonder how many bad reviews they had and deleted. So Shady. If delete bad reviews, it already says something about their service. I should done some research before I ordered products from them.

We site said ships in 1 to 3 day, but item was back order for 4 weeks
This site was misleading and the customer service was very poor. I ordered a Yale lock thinking it was in stock and even paid for 2-day shipping. It turned out the item was back-ordered for 4 weeks and I was not given any status on this. I would recommend it to anyone. I ended up canceling my order.

Order form was easy to fill out
Order form was easy to fill out. I think this is the third one of these alertors I have had. We keep it on a tree down just inside our gate so if anyone or anything comes in we know it. Our dogs and a cat we had quickly learned what it meant and would run to the window to see what is coming whenever it goes off.
Everyone we have had has eventually gotten done in by fire ants getting in it and destroying the battery connectors.

Was FORCED TO ORDER THE PRODUCT I NEED WITHOUT PRIOR CONSULTATION ON STOCK AVAILABILITY! I needed 2 of these, but hesitated buying any until I was guaranteed you had it in stock already. So I shorted my own order and bought only one. I tried both a phone ca and chat, but neither worked. I will try to leave a voicemail.

Amazing company
My experience with 123security was amazing, shipping was extremely fast even during COVID. The package was perfectly protected, and the company was communicating with me via email every step of the way. I was expecting the worst after I read other reviews, but I was pleasantly surprised about the smoothness of my transaction. I 100% recommend this company!

First the shopping cart didn't show the discounted prices on the product page. Then i tried chat where it was literally several minutes between each response.

On a good note, the agent gave me a direct number to call. But she couldn't see my guest cart and had to hand enter my order as a quote

Then the cart magically updated to all the correct prices. But then it wouldn't take my credit card. Transaction failed.

Finally, shipping costs are high and ate up most of the savings for using you. Would not recommend to others

Questionable Business
I'm really skeptical of the legitimacy of 123 Security Products. I ordered a WiFi extender and my invoice said I could expect the package about 10 days later. After 10 days I inquired about my order and was told it would arrive longer than a month later. 123SecurityProducts admitted they did not specify this on the website but refused to make any compensation for the exclusion of this information. My correspondences went mostly unanswered until I sent another email and it did not seem like the rep understood my messages.

11 days no answer nothing was shipped
One of the worst companies, I sent a number of emails no response, call you get a recording telling you 123SecurityProducts get back to you, good luck. After 11 days waiting for a tracking number I open a case with PayPal. To get my money back. Think and think again before you buy anything from this company. Wasted my time, I have no idea how there are in Business.

Late delivery
I asked if 123SecurityProducts have my equipment in stock and Amy put me on hold and then said yes, it will ship tomorrow. A week later I called and she tells me they arrived from the factory today.? Then gave me the story it's in shipping and will go out today. When I call again she tells me it is shipped. A week later I finally get a notice it has shipped today? It is now hard to tell when it will arrive because the tracking number does not work, I paid extra for fast delivery.

Excellent selection, prices, great site
Excellent selection, prices, great site... My only reason for a 4-star review is that the product I needed is listed multiple times in the catalog with different prices and features shown... I wound up picking the version that showed the accessory I needed in both the photos and the feature list, and I am hoping that my shipment will contain everything. But the web site doesn't give any way to make sure that's the case. The "24/7" help line does not answer on Saturday.

This is my 2nd order of this item
This is my 2nd order of this item. I've called and left voicemail messages to which no one responded. I'm now ordering this part for the 2nd time. I need to get a return shipping label so I can get my money back for the wrong item that was sent. I was sent a PK543A but that's not what my original order was for.

123Products also screwed up and double charged/double shipped me an Alpha IK543 6 door intercom system. I sent one back and to this date... I haven't received a refund. Could someone take a look into this and get back to me? My number is *******166.

Excellent sale process. 123 Security expert did not undersell or oversell us.
Our salesperson Jesse S has the knowledge base and tech sales experience on a number of varied surveillance systems. Jesse was able to assist us with the correct products to match up to our home needs, at an affordable cost. He is an excellent communicator and we feel assured our new surveillance cameras are the right fit for the safety and security required for our residence at a fair price. Highly recommend.

Poor Customer Service
* my rep made promises he never kept. I ordered a system and he promised the order would ship the next day. What he failed to tell me was the cameras were out of stock and would need to be shipped from CA to NY and then 123SecurityProducts would ship the cameras to me. * knew i needed the SYSTEM quickly and lied to me about the status. Over two weeks later I am still waiting for the cameras to arrive. I have cancelled two installs costing me more than $200. STAY AWAY from this company

Poor customer service and poor website maintenance
Nothing like listing items on your site with a tag, ships in 24 hours, and then 9 days later being told its not available. And that's after a few emails and phone calls checking on the orders status. And when I asked why it took them so long to let me know, I was told its not available is all. A quick check of the website and its still listed for sale with stock. I asked for a 2nd option, and never got a response. I'll never use them or recommend them no matter what good review 123SecurityProducts get. And I strongly suggest everyone look elsewhere.

I would give zero stars if possible. The customer service is the worst!
I never received my order nor a confirmation of shipment 3 weeks later! Even after I wrote twice. The short snarky remarks of what I should have been told right away were very unprofessional. You will sit and wait for an order and 123SecurityProducts will not update you as they claim. Its not worth the couple bucks you may save. Shop elsewhere

If one tries to add billing address, shipping gets...
If one tries to add billing address, shipping gets sync'd with it. And if one tries to add shipping address it changes the billing. This is a bug in your software web source. On checkout it did let me do bill to vs ship to... however I usually set those things up on the addresses link.

Well listed web-site
Well listed web-site. But the security DVR that I bought with cameras stopped working. Althought their web helpers were on-point, their web-site is confusing as to how to get a repair done and the way the product is sent in. Had to do several e-mails to them to get a clearer understanding. Then, their automated systems kept sending me e-mails that if I didn't get the requirements met in 3 days, my repair would be stopped and I may have to pay a fee to get the repairs. The service personnel told to ignore those automated e-mails, that I had done everything properly. My DVR was returned, repaired, but the experience with the automated e-mails upset me.

I have been shopping here for years and I get my orders within 24 hours here in New Jersey and to my company's restaurants around NYC. We are talking a lot of orders.
I have visited the Store in Ronkonkoma many times and I have been treated very well over and over again.

I will be able to fully rate once I receive the product. However, it appears that I could only order one product at a time - it would be much more convenient to order the amount needed at one time. The ordering experience was easy and precise - for that I thank you.

Just stay away from 123
We did order a digital license online from 123.6 days letter no licenses, we did email follow up, no response. 3 days later we called in to check on the order. The response was, the order was canceled. Its fine by me but a courtesy email or phone call would be nice, you just wasted 9 days of our time. On top of it, 123SecurityProducts did not refund.
Please stay away from this people.
